- Additional Comments/Questions: Any information voluntarily provided via the contact form.
B. From Prospective Workers:
When you access or use the App and Service, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information to ensure functionality, security, and service improvement. This includes:
- Demographic Details: Full name, date of birth, gender, nationality, contact information (phone, email, address), marital status.
- Work Experience & Skills: Previous work experience (including agricultural work), specific skills (e.g., tractor driving), foreign language proficiency.
- Suitability Information: Assessments from our recruiters (such as work ethic, reliability, adaptability, and any verified reports of problematic behavior or substance use gathered through reputable community channels), which are collected and evaluated for job suitability.
- Travel Document Details: Passport/ID photos, visa details, work permit details (only after the worker has been selected and where necessary for legal employment).
